April 2003 Cyuwa Gallery@(Tokyo, Japan)

Though I've participated in some group exhibitions in Ginza, this is the first time I've held a private exhibition.
Cyuwa gallery specializes in abstract tendency art.
106 viewers came to my private exhibition in six days, which seems a lot for Ginza.
Thank you very much for the support.

The owner, Mr. Nakamura, left, and me

He can speak three languages.

She is quite a personality,
and lives in the unique world.
Her home page has a good design and it's cool.

Finally, I write a short review of the present private exhibition.
" Modern art must be like this.", "Processing of paintings must be like this" theories hurt my feelings very much.
These are permanent themes for anyone.
The pursuit and the anguish of them are art, aren't they?
I don't think we should say: "It must be like this. That is wrong."
There seems to be many people who have completely forgotten what is important in painting.
We should consider and see paintings by our own head.
We should learn about the galleries and paintings in art theory later,
and then, take them as one point of view.
We can't see what is there, because our heads are full of knowledge.
