Water-Fall Cherry Tree

This cherry tree is a weeping kind. It is named Water-Fall because flowers look like cascading water falls when in bloom. It is located near the northern township of Miharu, some 160Km north of Tokyo. It is believed to be more than 1000 years old. The tree is huge. it's trunk is about 33 feet in circumference.
