I have writen a WBF Convention Card with the PostScript Language.
I report my method,and hope that you can easily write your bridge convention card.
Sample PDF file(Bridge World Standard 2001)

(1)install Gostscript and GSview
(2)get PostScript WBF convention card
and unzip this file at the appropriate directory 
    dir --> PS_convetion_card -->blank  --->MakeComventionCard.ps
                               |         |-->wbfnew.eps
                               |         |-->conventioncard_blank.xls
                               |         |-->outside.csv
                               |         |-->inside.csv
                               |         |-->notes.csv
                               | 
                               |-->BWS2001--->MakeComventionCard.ps
                                          |-->wbfnew.eps
                                          |-->conventioncard_BWS2001.xls
                                          |-->outside.csv
                                          |-->inside.csv
                                          |-->notes.csv
                                          |-->bws2001.pdf

(3)Make your EXCEL file(ex. conventioncard_BWS2001.xls)
(4)Convert .xls file to .csv file(outside.csv & inside.csv & notes.csv)
(6)click MakeComventionCard.ps
(7)GSview======check Media->RotateMedia and check Media->A4
(8)print your convention card
(9)if you be necessary for PDF file, convert PS file to PDF file
