グレン・ムーアの使用しているコントラバスは、1715年製のライオン・ヘッドで、赤い布で舌
まで付けています。４弦コントラバスの調弦は、通常高音からg, d, a, eという４度音程で調弦
します。グレン・ムーアは最高音弦と最低音弦の調律を、各々high-c low-c に変え、音域を
広げると共に跳躍音程を用いた旋律を駆使しています。
　ＣＤのタイトルになっているドラゴネッティーとは、コントラバスの巨匠の名前で、ヴァイオリ
ンのパガニーニに相当します。グレン・ムーアは、完全なコントラバス独奏と電気処理によ
り、独自の音楽を展開しています。
