When young I was looking at hundreds of embroidery threads.
I was stunned at them and said to myself,
"Oh, I wish I could paint pictures with these threads!"
However, I only ended up with buying an embroidery book;

I did not like attending classes to learn things myself nor
I had little idea about how I might learn to do embroidery.

Meanwhile the time came for me to have my own time
when my childem grew away a little from me,
the thrill and wonder at the threads recurred to me.
I started creating images one after another
taking motifs from books I read one after another.

I choose images that move me.
I do love "words"; while reading novels I fall in love with
memorable words head over heels.
Riding over the image of those words
I cherish long hours with needle and thread.

That is all I do with my embroidery.
