.20 clients including 8 Africans, JICA trainees, participated in this event. It was started the string making by rice straw, next cut the rice plant by sickle and bound it with the rice string. It was very hot day, but specially kids worked very well and sometimes played also with locust and frog. The rice is dried on hanger up to 14% moisture content.
